TIMINGS AND CAPACITY

Functions can be held for lunch between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 12:00 am.

Venue capacity is subject to dancefloor, theming, furnishing and AV requirements. Seated lunch or dinner without dancefloor, can accommodate a maximum of 230 people. Seated lunch or dinner with dancefloor, can accommodate a maximum of 200 with a DJ, or 180 with a small band (no more than five-piece). Cocktail parties for up to 300 can also be catered for.

SEATED LUNCH OR DINNER

Our wedding menus can be specially designed to complement your special day and to suit your tastes and budget. Whether it’s a small intimate affair, grand gala wedding or a simple vow renewal, these menus are designed to impress you and your guests.. Some menu suggestions:

  • Three course menu comprising set or alternate served entrée, choice of two main courses, set or alternate served dessert, coffee and petits fours. Vegetarian option available.
  • Four course menu comprising two canapés per person, set or alternate entrée, choice of two main courses, set or alternate dessert, coffee and petits fours. Vegetarian option available.
  • Travelling entrée (selection of 10 canapés served as entrée, cocktail party style), followed by choice of two main courses, set or alternate dessert, coffee and petits fours. Vegetarian option available
  • Blow your guests out of the water with a degustation menu, five or seven courses with optional matching wine
  • Personalised seasonal menu.
  • Enjoy pre dinner drinks, canapés or an oyster bar in the River Monster room before proceeding to the restaurant for your main fare.
  • Additional canapés or courses available on request at additional cost e.g. antipasto; cheese.

MENU TASTING

Menus are selected at a complimentary tasting for maximum four people during a Monday to Thursday lunch (excluding public holidays and December), at which you sample a selection of restaurant quality entrées, mains and desserts. Please note, tastings are not available for cocktail food. At the tasting, wines are recommended by the Sommelier according to your budget and individual taste. All of your requirements, details, timing, table plans, etc. are discussed in detail and finalised with your coordinator on the day of the tasting.

BEVERAGES

You are welcome to pre-select your champagne, wines and other beverages from our current comprehensive wine list two – four weeks prior to your wedding. Our sommelier is happy to guide you in making the perfect wine choices to match your menu for your special event.
